How does monthly support work?
Monthly support is a recurring contribution you make to a specific crew member. Each month, your chosen tier amount is processed and you receive all the perks associated with that tier. You can cancel, change tiers, or switch crew members at any time.
Can I support multiple crew members?
Absolutely! You can support as many crew members as you'd like at any tier. Each support is independent, and you'll receive perks from each crew member you support.
When do I get access to my perks?
Perk access is granted immediately upon your first successful payment. You'll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access your exclusive benefits, Discord channels, and any digital content included in your tier.
How do I cancel my support?
You can cancel your monthly support at any time with no penalty. Simply contact us via the Contact tab or manage your subscription through the payment link in your confirmation email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Is the $250+ tier customizable?
Yes! The Elite Partner tier at $250+ is fully customized. Once you select this tier, a crew member will personally reach out to you to discuss your support goals, collaboration opportunities, and how to best utilize your partnership for maximum impact.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate perk access, refunds are generally not offered. However, if you experience a technical issue or have an exceptional circumstance, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.
Are perks available to free followers too?
Our public social media content is always free! Monthly supporters get access to exclusive behind-the-scenes content, private events, direct access to crew members, and all the extra perks listed on each tier. Think of it as backstage access to the show.
